"Creating a 1940's Costume: A Historical Investigation"
While studying costume history, I immersed myself in an investigation of clothing style, materials, and sewing techniques from the 1940s. This is a published account of my process and research.
Indiana State Museum & Historic Sites Internship Research and Final Report
I organized and developed a storage and tracking system for the Indiana State Museum's Engagement Team and created a final report documents my research and outcomes.
Silica Dust in Museums Research Poster
Collaboration with Dr. Cusack-McVeigh, Dr. Goldsmith, and IUI graduate students aimed at studying and communicating the dangers of silica dust in museum collections. My contributions were those specific to artists and art collections.
"Exploring Experience Design in the Art Deco Restoration of Indianapolis's Bottleworks Hotel" Master's Thesis
This represents two years of research and writing exploring concepts of experience design, emotion, the Decorative Arts, and historical significance and how they are manifested at The Bottleworks Hotel in Indianapolis.
